    THIS IS A CUSTOM ITEM, MADE TO ORDER.

    You have 24 hours from payment to cancel or change your order. After that window your order is final. A change after 24 hours means we re-source your hair, and your processing time starts over from the date of the change.

    Your piece is made by hand from raw hair. We match our images as closely as possible, but no two pieces are identical, so expect slight variations in color, curl pattern, density placement and hairline.

    We photograph in white light and our studio uses white and natural light. Most homes use warm yellow bulbs, which change how color reads. Compare your piece in natural daylight or white light.

    We refund or remake only when the error is ours. Changing your mind, not liking a color you selected, a color not suiting you, a color judged under yellow lighting, a size or length you chose, and the slight variations of a handmade piece are not grounds for a refund or exchange.

    Report any issue within 5 business days of receiving your order, with photos, to support@housofwigs.com. All original tags must be attached and the lace must not be cut.
