Are all wigs custom made?
Yes. Every HOUS of WIGS piece is made or tailored just for you. Once an order is placed, production begins immediately — which means we can’t cancel or change orders once they’re submitted.
What are the processing times for orders placed during Black Friday and Cyber Monday?
Due to the high order volume during this season, please allow the following timeframes:
- Express Collection: -take home if purchased at the SIP & SHOP
-ships within 2–5 business days - Ready to ship (ships within 2–5 business days)
- Design Your Wig (Straight & Body Wave): 7 weeks + up to 2 additional weeks

Q: What if I need my order sooner?
We do not offer rush service during Black Friday or Cyber Monday due to high order volume. If you need a wig quickly, we recommend shopping the Express Collection, which includes ready-to-ship styles.
