At HOUS of WIGS, our mission has always been to create a safe, comfortable, and empowering space for women. Many of our clients come to us during deeply personal seasons — navigating hair loss caused by stress, genetics, lupus or alopecia flare-ups, postpartum changes, or even one of the hardest battles of all: cancer. For others, it’s simply about exploring new styles and embracing the freedom to show up as they choose.
Because of the intimacy of our services, the environment we’ve built is intentionally designed as a sanctuary for women. It’s a space where they can be vulnerable, supported, and seen without hesitation or discomfort. Allowing men into that setting could shift the energy and make it harder for our clients to fully relax and connect with themselves — and that sense of peace and safety is something we protect deeply.
Additionally, male hair systems require completely different barbering techniques and adhesive applications, while HOUS of WIGS proudly operates as a glue-free company.
That said, we recognize that men also experience hair loss and deserve to feel confident and cared for. In the future, we plan to explore a separate branch focused entirely on male pieces — one that offers a tailored experience and the same level of craftsmanship, compassion, and quality that HOUS is known for.
For now, HOUS remains a haven created by women, for women — a place where transformation begins, confidence is restored, and every client is reminded that she is home.
