Use a soft measuring tape to measure your circumference.

The only measurement needed is your circumference.

• ensure your hair is flat and free of bulky braids or extensions
• ensure the measuring tape is not on your ears, should be behind your ears
• measure at least 4x to ensure proper sizing.

If you add TAILOR IT service (customizing) to your BASE WIG, please add 5 business days to the processing time.

Please add 5 business days if you add the TAILOR IT (customize) service to your BASE wig order.

We have a 3 day return policy which means, you have 3 days after receiving your wig to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. 

In addition, there is a 15% restocking fee on the original wig price if your return is not a warehouse error.
